Founder / CEO
Ameet Phadnis is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and IT consultant with over 30 years of experience, including more than two decades of specialized expertise in the legal and financial sectors. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Wyngate Solutions, an Overland Park–based IT consulting firm specializing in cloud architecture, AI integration, and enterprise Microsoft solutions. A proven entrepreneur, Ameet previously co-founded e Tek Global Inc., grew it to Microsoft Gold Partner status, and achieved a successful exit in 2012. He also serves as chief architect of Ingestra, a next-generation AI-powered litigation intelligence SaaS platform built on Azure for Am Law 100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments. A recognized voice in the technology community, Ameet has spoken at multiple industry events including SharePoint Saturday and Microsoft 365 Marathon, sharing his expertise in enterprise collaboration and cloud technologies.
